This original 1984 Apple Macintosh 128k just sold for $910 on eBay. This is an early 1984 model with the M0001 serial number. It doesn’t get much more complete than this, it even includes the original carrying case. The only thing it’s missing is the box it shipped in!

This one is fully serviced, clean, detailed, and ready to go right out of the box!  The hardware on this system looks like new!  No scratches, chips, cracks, markings, or anything at all! 

I’ve completely serviced and tested the entire system and it works perfectly, and like new. This is the likely the most complete original Macintosh 128 system you will find, especially in this condition and functioning as new!  These 128k Macs keep getting rarer especially with the original disks, manuals, and accesories, and original 1984 Macintosh carry case/shoulder bag included here in this auction!  Everything comes from non-smoking home.

• Macintosh 128 system unit- Super Clean, serviced, tested, and working like new.  Includes the molded Apple design team signatures inside the case. Disks insert/eject smoothly from the Sony disk drive which has been fully serviced, lubricated, drive head cleaned, and tested.  It reads disks as it should with absolutely no problems. ORIGINAL 128k  Macintosh motherboard. All 4 rubber feet still on bottom of case.  Includes original Programmer’s Switch already installed on system.  Case is super clean with all Apple emblems and labels intact and in nice condition.  There are NO pry marks on this case from anyone trying to open it improperly.  Screen is bright and stable with no scratches, etc.

• Original Apple brand angled head power cord for system with Apple logo from 1984. 

• Original Apple Macintosh keyboard (model # M0110) with original curled telephone-style keyboard cable.  Keyboard fully cleaned, tested, and working like new.

• Orginal Apple Macintosh one-button mouse (model # M0100) Cleaned, tested, and working perfectly.  Has original square shaped connector, later ones were rounded off on the corners. 

• Macintosh Disks-  Apple Macintosh “System Disk” with Finder version 1.1, and the original “A Guided Tour of Macintosh” Disk that shows you how to use the mouse and the Macintosh!  This is when the mouse was new to most people.

• Macintosh User’s Guide/Owner’s Manual-  Original full-color spiral bound 164 pg. manual in great condition.

• Original White plastic Macintosh Accesory Kit box (RARE!)- This is the original Macintosh box that holds the System disk, Guided Tour of Macintosh Disk, Guided Tour of Macintosh audio cassette tape, the original power cord sleeve (RARE!), Programmer’s Swith, and the original Macintosh User’s Guide.  This kit box is hard-to-find and a very nice addition to this beautiful Macintosh collection! 

• MacPaint/MacWrite- Original “MacPaint and MacWrite” programs disk, 1984 MacWrite User’s Guide, adn the original MacPaint manual, dated 1983!  Also the original “A Guided Tour of MacWrite/MacPaint” disk that shows you how to use these innovative software programs.  

•  Original 1984 Macintosh Carry Case-  This is the original shoulder bag/carry case for the first Macintosh.  This bag is shown in the Macintosh User’s Guide (included in this auction) in the accesories section.  This bag is great for transporting or storing your original Mac.  A Great Original Collectible!!
